    The Right Source™ Process

    1. The process begins with a free evaluation of your facility. We visit your business and analyze your operations to see where your core competencies lie, and which areas can be improved with a third-party partner like Vanguard Resources.
    2. We review our detailed findings and develop a custom solution free of cost. We give you our proposal so you can decide whether we’re the right partner for you.
    3. Once you confirm you’re ready to work with Vanguard Resources, we begin to implement our plan. Our start-up team goes to your facility and will serve as interim directors as we get to know you and fully understand your business needs.
    4. Some of our competitors start hiring new positions as soon as they get a contract. Instead, our own start-up team moves in to serve as interim directors, where we spend the next 30-60 days learning everything about your business. This helps us better understand the needs of your job roles and ensure we find the right people for you the first time.
    5. We qualitatively and quantitatively identify roles that need to be hired and create behavioral profiles for each of them. This makes it easier for us to identify the ideal candidates for you.
    6. We begin the interview processes, searching for employees who will be the right long-term solution. For some leadership roles, we will present you with two potential candidates to choose from.
    7. Once hired, we train Vanguard Resources employees to ensure they are the right match for your business. For example, with our housekeeping staff, we offer ESL classes at no cost to the employees and provide scripting to ensure friendly, consistent communication. We also provide them with ongoing benefits, tools, and training so you don’t have to.
