Vanguard Resources was established in 1996 by two individuals with one common goal: develop a facility management company in which people, knowledge, skill, integrity and commitment are the key elements making a difference to our customers.

Since then, Vanguard has assembled a management team with more than 160 years of combined experience in integrated facilities management. Vanguard's founders each realized that the traditional contractor relationship was not meeting the customers' needs. Joining together, they formed Vanguard to transform this relationship between facility and building contractor into a strategic, service-oriented partnership.
